Amy Bichajian, Namastamy, is a Registered Yoga and Meditation teacher who specializes in deepening her student’s connection with their own bodies. This heightened body intellect forms through a harmonious combination of science-based mobility training, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Myofascial Release Work and Energetic Rebalancing or Reiki.
Amy's deepest passion is returning people back to living in their heart. She does this with concentration on the breath, working with the physical body and weaving in ancient yogic philosophy. Amy guides people to clear and open their heart-mind, allowing them to live as their fullest expression of self in flow with their greatest purpose in life, their Dharma.
